All things are not always equal

All things are not always equal Many studies have shown that omega-3 fatty acids can improve health and prevent heart disease. For example, sufficient omega-3 fatty acids in our diet can cause, in general, benefits the heart, lowering triglycerides and improving brain function. I think that most doctors would agree that the best way to Omega-3 fatty acids in our diet is to eat fish rich in fatty acids, twice per week. Some of the best sources are mackerel, tuna and salmon, are becoming increasingly popular. But I? M so that most of us have read that there are news about farmed salmon verses freshwater salmon. Then there are the reports about the high mercury in tuna and other fish, which are among the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids. With all this conflicting information, what do we do? Some of my friends and I have addressed the issue recently. We all want healthy, but some can not stomach the idea of eating fish, even if only twice a week. These are the friends of omega-3-pills. For them, this seems to be the solution. So, I did some 'research. All omega-3-caps are not equal. Omega-3-capsules which are not molecular distilled, a high level of contaminants. How can we know the molecular distillation and what is not? It should be classified in the bottle, or ask the manufacturer. When we read an article on the latest and best for the preservation of our health, we want to proceed with caution until all the facts are in. Personally, I like salmon and tuna. While some studies have shown that there is mercury in some fish, we would have to consume a large amount of fish on a weekly basis or in a state of pregnancy, it is a problem. Once again, the balance in our eating habits and our way of life seems to be the solution.Constance Weygandt is a balance mentor who specializes in finding answers for people who have an alteative to traditional diets.
